It’s been rain rain rain ALL week long where we are… so these shots are all from last sunday afternoon… we, thankfully, took advantage of a lovely slow sunday and headed out with hot chips to enjoy the sunset.

I know we need the rain… but boy I do hope the sun comes back soon…!

This weeks portraits features one of my favourite shots. It’s not just the content, of my eldest, but also the light, the lines and the calmness of the shot. It was taken at about 5.30am… regular wake up time around here!

Ok… so I don’t think I will ever post these weekly photos on the sunday like I had aimed to… but that’s the way it goes with three littlies… right? right.

… and I have a confession to make … no photo of the little man this week. Yep. THird child right there. So I’ve taken the liberty… seeing as its my blog and all… of putting in one of me and him from a little while ago…

My aim was to post my “Project 52” post each week on the sunday… I can see that it’s going to be more like Monday or Tuesday! Without further delay…

E:  “Can we visit that park …?” Heard every time we drive past a park… she misses her park across the road, in Sydney.

J: “Chocolate!” Grandad helping with the treats.  An unusual potrait choice I know… but it speaks of her tiny frame.

I: always cooing and raspberry blowing and smiling. He thinks he’s pretty clever. Just quietly… so do we.

Don’t forget to see more Project 52 posts over at Che & Fidel

My babies are growing so quickly! I’ve been wanting to document it for the last year, in a more organised and structured way.  I was hoping to take a photo a week last year, but just did not have the energy being pregnant.

This year, each sunday, I will post one photo of each of my babes. I’m joining along with Che & Fidel and many others in this 52 week project. I’m hoping at the end to print it all out into a book for each child… we’ll see how we go!

I’m sure some afternoons will see me frantically taking pictures to upload that day… I mean look – I’m even posting the first week 2 days late!

Enjoy!

E:  Always poring water from one container to the next … its hours of amusement.

J: After 4 servings of breakfast, she frequently finishes off her sisters toast…

I: At 4 months he is surprising me by never being where I left him. already.

You can see who else is joining in over here …
